The role
Work cross-functionally to build excellent developers' experiences on thirdweb. You will manage products to simplify Web3 development across all platforms (web, mobile, backend, game engine).
What a typical week might look like
- Drive thirdweb’s product development from concept to launch
- Facilitate user research or experiments to validate hypotheses
- Research user problems, staying ahead of market developments in the crypto space
- Drive the adoption of web3-first product features
- Develop and track clear metrics to support effective decision making
- Provide deep insight of Web3 user habits and create user growth plans
What we're looking for
- 4+ year of product management experience at a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in launching products end-to-end (from ideation to launch)
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment that prioritizes delivering impact and learning over process
- Curious about technology outside of your direct expertise and have an appetite for learning
- A self-starter in proposing and carrying out technical solutions to ambiguous business problems
- Know when and how to make calculated tradeoffs to meet the needs of the customer and business
Bonus Points
- Experience in developer-first products (SDKs, API design, technical documentation)
- Experience in blockchain development (interacting with wallets or smart contracts)
- Experience in blockchain technologies (EVM, L2, Solana, Flow, NEAR, Cosmos)
