The role
Work in a small team of product owners and engineers to build excellent user experiences and visual design on thirdweb. You will collaborate with the product and engineering team to bring great user experiences to life for the entire thirdweb product.
What a typical week might look like
- Lead and execute the end-to-end product design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality
- Create flows, prototypes and high fidelity designs for your features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering partners on fast iterations
- Conduct user interviews and tests, and action on insights
- Help with establishing a design culture within the company
- Utilize and extend thirdweb’s design system
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of product and visual design experience, preferably in developer-focused applications
- Knowledge of Web3 consumer products and trends
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX, interaction and visual design
- A strong fluency of design tools (Figma) and in the latest product design trends
