The role
You will oversee and manage third web’s growth marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for increasing mindshare amongst developers through SEO optimised blogs, paid advertising, email marketing, outbound campaigns and growth engineering. This is a creative role — expect to have full autonomy over ideating and launching campaigns, collaborating with design, engineering and even our partners to ship initiatives which will introduce thirdweb to new developers.
What a typical week might look like
- Identify trending topics in the industry and produce SEO optimised blogs (using AI tools)
- Execute a number of tactics to support a new product launch, including:
- Work with our devrel team to produce educational content around a new thirdweb product launch
- Build a paid ad campaign to generate new leads and demos for our business team — leverage creative created by our production team
- Wireframe and support in building a Farcaster frame to showcase the new product
- Create a launch email, and support our business team in creating dedicated outreach material to potential customers.
- Brainstorm onchain growth initiatives, such as NFT drops, airdrops and token-gated experiences.
- Measure the effectiveness of all of the above initiatives using data, tracking — constantly optimising to ensure the impact is high.
What we're looking for
- 4 years experience in a growth or marketing role in web3
- Understanding and knowledge of SEO and relevant SEO tools.
- Experience in technical writing and a good understanding of how to create content.
- Strong experience using data and measurement tools to track and increase the effectiveness of all your growth tactics.
- Deep understanding of the web3 industry and an interest and passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem
- Excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and ownership over your role.
- A self-starter in proposing and carrying out technical solutions to ambiguous business problems
