Account Executive

The Role

We are looking for a self motivated Account Executive to join the team at thirdweb. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, managing leads through our sales pipeline, and closing deals leading to revenue. You will work closely with the sales team reporting into our VP of Business and Head of Sales to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. You have great people skills and have a passion for sales and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies and participation in blockchain communities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and as part of a team to achieve a collective goal.
  • Strong flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow as an account executive in the sales field

  • Leverage your relationships with the ecosystem to identify and evaluate potential blockchain and gaming sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and adoption of thirdwebs solutions for key blockchain use cases
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem and gaming communities
  • Negotiate and structure sales agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement partnership initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to blockchain technology.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support partnership activities.
