The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our backend and on-chain product areas. You will be responsible for defining the long-term strategy and roadmap for multiple features including smart contract and wallet APIs, blockchain subscription webhooks, backend wallet fund management, pre-built contracts and contract deployment tools.
You will also be working closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to build products and determine how they are communicated to the external world. You’ll own the success of products throughout their life cycle - from concept to release, and ensure there’s a consistent product voice across all the products being developed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Engine and Contracts, ultimately allowing developers to easily build backends for applications that interact with the blockchain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Sales and Solutions Engineering to understand pain points and opportunities for improvements
- Craft a clear, concise and easy-to-understand product narrative that provides clarity to customers and your cross-functional teams
- Review and collaborate on design and copy to deliver a world class experience to users that considers every detail
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and iterate on existing features
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices with building on-chain applications
What we're looking for:
- ≥6 years of relevant product management experience in fast growing technology companies
- Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers
- Experience reasoning from first principles and making decisions with minimal data
- Technical and understands developer tooling or have built apps in the past
- Enthusiasm for or a frequent user of web3 apps

Pay & Benefits:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000. You’ll also get additional benefits that include:
